Organization settings

This page helps admins manage organization-level profile and security surfaces in Parsepoint. Use it when you need to rename an organization, adjust branding, review two-factor status, or manage SSO connections from one settings page.

Before you start

  • You need organization admin access.
  • Changes apply only to the active organization.
  • Branding and security choices can affect what all organization members see at sign-in or in the product shell.

Open Organization Settings

Open Settings and select Organization Settings.

Update profile details

Use the organization profile controls to rename the organization or update visible organization details.

Update branding

Use branding settings to manage organization visuals when available.

Review security modules

Admins may see two-factor management, SAML SSO settings, and Microsoft SSO settings on this page.

What happens next

Organization name, branding, and sign-in configuration changes apply to future page loads or sign-ins for that organization. Users may need to refresh to see visual changes.

If you do not see this option

Only organization admins can update branding, billing, or organization details. Users without admin access see a restricted access notice.

Troubleshooting

If branding does not update immediately, refresh and confirm the active organization. If SSO settings are missing, confirm your role and whether SSO is enabled for the organization.
