Statuses and limits
This page helps users interpret common statuses and visible limits in Parsepoint. Use it when a row is blocked, a document is still processing, an upload is rejected, or a report cannot compare periods.
Before you start
Status names can vary slightly by page. Use the status on your screen and match it to the closest meaning below.
Use status meanings
| Status or message | Meaning | Suggested action |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Work has been created but has not started. | Wait and refresh. |
| Queued | The document is waiting for processing. | Wait before retrying. |
| Processing or Extracting | Parsepoint is reading the document. | Do not re-upload unless it later fails. |
| Ready or Ready for review | Review data is available. | Select Review. |
| Verified | A reviewer has confirmed the row. | Use it in reports or exports. |
| Failed | Processing or upload did not complete. | Reprocess or contact support. |
| No data matches your filters | Filters removed all visible rows. | Clear filters or widen date range. |
| Insufficient Data for Comparison | The report cannot compare periods yet. | Add more historical data. |
