Use these answers

Why do I see fewer sidebar items than a teammate?

Your active organization, role, and enabled modules decide which pages appear. Ask an admin to check your organization membership and module access. See Roles and permissions.

Should I upload every utility activity as a PDF?

No. Automated utility PDF parsing currently focuses on electricity, natural gas, and water. Use manual entry or bulk import for Mobile Fuel Use, Purchased Gases, Refrigerants, and Waste. See Upload utility documents.

What is the difference between Semantic Confidence and OCR Confidence?

Semantic Confidence reflects whether Parsepoint placed a value in the right field. OCR Confidence reflects how clearly the source text was read. Both are review signals. See Utility Data.

Why is Utility Reporting empty?

The active organization may not have facilities or utility records for the selected filters. Clear filters, add data, or upload source bills. See Reporting data gaps.

Can I edit a verified utility row?

You may be able to edit if your role has write access, but verified rows should be changed deliberately. Use review context and source evidence before saving.

Why does SSO work but Parsepoint still blocks access?

SSO proves identity, but the user still needs organization membership and module access. Ask an admin to invite or assign the user. See Sign-in and MFA help.

What should I send support?

Send the organization name, page name, affected record, visible message, expected result, and recovery steps tried. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, or backup codes. See Support handoff.
