First login
This page helps new users sign in to Parsepoint, complete any required security step, and land in the right workspace. Use it when you receive an invitation, a demo link, or a normal account login and need to know what should happen next.
Before you start
- You need a work email that has been invited or approved for your organization.
- If your company uses SSO, expect to continue through Microsoft or your identity provider.
- If your company requires two-factor authentication for password sign-ins, have an authenticator app ready.
Open Parsepoint
Go to the Parsepoint sign-in page and enter your email address. Select Continue so Parsepoint can check whether your account should use SSO or password sign-in.
Complete the sign-in method
If Parsepoint shows Password, enter your password and select Sign in. If Parsepoint redirects you to SSO, finish the provider sign-in and return to Parsepoint.
Verify two-factor authentication when prompted
If you see Two-factor authentication required, enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator app. If setup is required, follow the on-screen Set up two-factor authentication steps.
Confirm the active organization
After sign-in, check the organization switcher in the top navigation. Switch organizations before uploading or reviewing data if you work in more than one organization.
What happens next
Successful sign-in opens the dashboard or the page you originally requested. Demo magic links open a Utility Demo Workspace and may take you directly to Utility Manager.
If you do not see this option
- Continue does not move forward: confirm the email is typed correctly.
- Password does not appear: your domain may require SSO.
- A demo link says it is invalid or expired: request a fresh link from the person who sent it.
