Supported formats
This page helps users choose the right upload or import format for Parsepoint workflows. Use it before uploading utility PDFs, lease documents, File Room items, manual utility rows, or external source documents.
Before you start
Always check the upload dialog on your screen for the latest accepted file types and size limit. This page describes the user-visible patterns in current workflows.
Use the right format

What happens next
Accepted files upload or import into the selected organization and follow the matching review workflow. Rejected files should be converted or handled through manual entry when appropriate.
If you do not see this option
Upload and import controls may be hidden when your role is view-only, the selected folder is not ready, or the module is not enabled.
Troubleshooting
If an accepted file still fails, retry with a shorter filename, fewer files, or a fresh export from the source system. Include the file type and visible error in a support request.
