Sign-in and MFA help
This page helps users recover when sign-in does not complete, SSO redirects fail, an authenticator code is required, or a demo magic link is invalid. Use it when you cannot reach the dashboard after entering your email.
Before you start
- Know the email address you are trying to use.
- Know whether your company expects SSO or password sign-in.
- If prompted for two-factor authentication, open the authenticator app that holds your Parsepoint account.
Re-enter your email
Start again from the sign-in page and enter your full work email. Parsepoint checks whether your domain should use SSO.
Follow the method shown
Use Password if shown, or finish the SSO provider redirect if Parsepoint sends you there.
Complete authenticator setup
If Parsepoint asks you to set up two-factor authentication, scan the QR code, enter the six-digit code, save backup codes, and select Continue to Parsepoint.
Retry expired sessions
If SSO says the session expired or was already used, start sign-in again from Parsepoint rather than refreshing the provider page.
What happens next
Successful password, SSO, or demo-link sign-in opens the dashboard or the originally requested page. Username and password users may need an authenticator code on future logins.
If you do not see this option
If Password is never shown, your domain may require SSO. If a demo link has no token or says it expired, request a fresh link from the sender.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid email or password: retry carefully or use Forgot password?.
- SSO account is not invited: ask a company admin to invite you.
- SSO provisioning failed: ask an admin or support to review company membership.
- Invalid authentication code: wait for a new code and enter the current six digits.
- Lost authenticator access: use a saved backup code or contact an admin.
Backup codes work once. Store them in a secure place after setup and do not share them with teammates or support.
